- In het template Patient Referral Act is het template KEZO Indicatie Diagnose opgenomen (in een entryRelationship). Dit template is obsoleet, dus zou niet meer gebruikt moeten worden. Daarnaast specificeert de dataset deze informatie helemaal niet.
- Verwijder de hele entryRelationship met de indicatie diagnose.
- Als dit gegeven toch belangrijk is om op te nemen, zal de dataset aangepast moeten worden, en moet er iets gedaan worden aan de obsoleet status van de KEZO Indicatie Diagnose.
