In het kader van SIS zou het heel handig zijn om in het bericht de mogelijkheid op te nemen of een slachtoffer bijeen ramp toestemming heeft gegeven om zijn (persoons)gegevens te delen t.b.v. informeren van verwanten. De richtlijnen/procedures hieromtrent zijn momenteel in ontwikkeling, maar beter om niet achter de feiten aan te lopen en alvast een sturingsmechanisme te hebben.
